We share price for the box based on your desired specifications and quantity, usually in 1 business day.

Free 3D Mockup & Samples (bulk orders)

We place your artwork on the template and send 3D digital proofs and if you wish we also ship a custom plain white sample box before full production begins.

Production & shipping

We produce and ship the boxes in approx. 8 to 10 business days once payment is made and samples and artwork files are approved.

    See it before it’s made—choose from a digital 2D flat view or a realistic 3D mockup.
  • Resolution
    Minimum 300 dpi required for sharp, clear results.
  • Color Mode
    Constitutional setup framework
    • Submit in CMYK for print-ready files.
    • RGB files will be converted to CMYK (colors may shift).
  • Bleed, Cutline & Safety
    Add 0.25” total bleed (0.125” on each side).
  • Production & Shipping Time
    Most orders are produced and shipped within 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery Considerations
    At CustomPrintline, we work hard to ensure every order reaches you on time. Certain factors may occasionally extend delivery times, including:
    • Artwork or file setup issues
    • Federal holidays
    • Large volume orders
    • Unforeseen events (force majeure)
  • Defects Covered
    At CustomPrintline, our goal is not only to meet your expectations but to help your business succeed. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we stand behind our work and will gladly provide either a reprint or a refund.
  • Reprint/Refund Requests
    Must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Lost Shipments
    Must be reported within 15 days of the ship-out date.
  • Cancellations
    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. Refund eligibility depends on:
    • If production has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
    • If production is already underway, refunds will be adjusted based on how far along your order is in the process.
