Processing Time & Delivery Estimates
The estimated delivery date is based on both the selected production turnaround time and the shipping method.
Once your order is placed, the turnaround time cannot typically be changed, and billing charges are non-refundable. Available turnaround times may vary depending on the product and will be shown during the order process.
Standard Turnaround (Free):
- 10–12 business days after final approval.
Rush Orders:
- 6–8 business days after final approval.
Damages During Shipping
CustomPrintLine is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
⚠️ Important: Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing your claim, as carriers may request them for verification.
International Shipping Policy
- Free Worldwide Shipping is available.
- CustomPrintLine is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your shipment. Any additional charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Authorization
If an investigation or return is required, customers must complete and sign an Authorization Form before goods can be sent back to our warehouse. Please wait for approval before returning any items.
