File Setup Guidelines

• Resolution
  Minimum 300 dpi required for sharp, clear results.
• Color Mode
  • Submit in CMYK for print-ready files.
  • RGB files will be converted to CMYK (colors may shift).
• Bleed, Cutline & Safety
  Add 0.25” total bleed (0.125” on each side).

• Production & Shipping Time
  Most orders are produced and shipped within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery Considerations
  At CustomPrintline, we work hard to ensure every order reaches you on time. However, certain factors may occasionally extend delivery times, including:

  • Artwork or file setup issues
  • Federal holidays
  • Large volume orders
  • Unforeseen events (force majeure)

• Defects Covered
  At CustomPrintline, our goal is not only to meet your expectations but to help your business succeed. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we stand behind our work and will gladly provide either a reprint or a refund.
• Reprint/Refund Requests
  Must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Lost Shipments
  Must be reported within 15 days of the ship-out date.
• Cancellations
  We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. Refund eligibility depends on:

  • If production has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If production is already underway, refunds will be adjusted based on how far along your order is in the process.
